Coulee Region RSVP - Friendly Caller Program

RSVP often receives calls from local non-profit, educational and medical facilities that are holding special events and/or projects that require volunteers to make the project successful. These volunteers help with event registrations, greeting attendants, bulk mailings, and many other projects and events. For volunteers who do not want the requirement of a set weekly schedule at one particular location but would like to help with occasional events, this opportunity can be a perfect fit. A few of the events RSVP volunteers have helped with include; Cystic Fibrosis Walk, Family Fun Fair, Irishfest, Rotary Lights, La Crosse Symphony Orchestra Concerts, Walk a Mile in her Shoes, Oktoberfest, cancer run/walks, food drives, and much more! In addition to these one-time events, RSVP has begun hosting our own Special Days of Service in collaboration with 9/11 and Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service. Stay tuned for these high-impact one-time events to see how you can get involved and make a big difference for your local community! Contact the RSVP office for additional information.
