The Volunteer Driver Program provides safe and reliable transportation for individuals in La Crosse County who are unable to drive to medical or other personal appointments. RSVP provides supplemental accident insurance as well as additional automobile liability insurance for all registered volunteer drivers. Drivers also receive nontaxable Federal IRS rate mileage reimbursement and out of pocket expense reimbursements.
